Manish is a highly experienced tourism professional with over 19 years of experience in the hospitality and travel industry. He began his journey in the tourism sector after joining the Hotel School of Mauritius in 2007, where he developed strong foundations in hospitality and customer service. His dedication and passion for tourism earned him a scholarship to Monaco, where he gained valuable international exposure, advanced training, and deep industry knowledge through hands-on experience in a global tourism environment.
After returning to Mauritius, Manish completed a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management in 2012, affiliated with Pearson Education Ltd, UK, and later obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure Management from the University of Mauritius in 2017. In 2021, he successfully completed a professional Tour Guiding certification, further strengthening his expertise in delivering high-quality guided experiences. He has also participated in numerous tourism workshops and professional training programmes in Mauritius and internationally, including experiences in Réunion Island and several European countries.
Throughout his career, Manish has had the privilege of meeting and interacting with internationally recognised personalities, including renowned footballers such as Zinedine Zidane, Robert Pirès, Eden Hazard, and Michel Platini, as well as global figures like Serena Williams and members of royal families. These experiences reflect his strong professional background and exposure to high standards of service within the tourism industry.
